Very comfortable and great sounds, but the buttons are the weakest point of this model. Please add an option to disable the buttons in the "Headphones Connect" iOS app as I can't use these headphones with a hat and I can't use them in bed (the pillow causes turn them off or on).

Bought these a few years ago, always been a wired headphone person and tried a few Bluetooth buds 4-5 years ago and wasn’t impressed. Someone mentioned that they had improved so thought I would try them after reading a What Hifi article where they were recommended as a good budget pair. They don’t disappoint, good bass and nice fit. Case is great for charging them when not in use. Only issue if they can’t be connected to 2 devices at the same time, but a minor issue.

I just bought the device, so I can't talk about durability or failures. However, I can say that the sound, considering the device's price, is excellent, while the fit in the ears is very comfortable. Although there is not an active noise cancelling the isolation of the environment noise is very good.

I bought this device for listening to podcasts. I work at a plant, where I have repeatedly boring work to do. During a workday, I listen about ten hours. The noise around is lowered. Due to the preinstalled equalizer, I can switch between different settings. An app is available for that reason, and more. This device works best for me, and after more than a year, it still works for at least 10 hours. Recommendation!

Excelente produto, fácil de utilizar, com diversas configurações e equalizador. A qualidade do áudio e do microfone são muito boas. Como pontos negativos, os botões apesar de úteis, estão numa posição que são facilmente pressionados por engano como, por exemplo, numa almofada, ou com um capacete, etc. Também não consigo configurar estes buds com a minha TV Sony Bravia (Android 2015), devido incompatibilidade, mas outros headphones BT da Sony consigo, o que é estranho! Apesar disso, estou contente com a compra destes buds.

I bought this product a year ago. When charging them from my laptop with the supplied cable the USB-C port of the case melted. I've raised this with sony who informed me that after their investigations of multiple other cases of this exact issue that it was my fault for getting dust in the port and they will not be replacing or repairing or refunding under warranty. I guess don't keep the product in a place like your pocket or anywhere stupid like that, my mistake. Sound was good and the battery life was good but I cannot recommend anyone buy this unsafe product.

Good sound quality, don't like the flashing lights

These were bought as a gift for me, mainly to use at night so I can play music that will help me get to sleep. They work well but the only problem is they flash when connecting or disconnecting (I haven't worked out exactly when as the room is dark!) and that wakes my husband up. Completely ruins the whole point of why I got them!

D'ailleurs, la modification de la langue du guidage vocal prend 6 minutes environ.

Bought these as did some research and they had great reviews and were a good price. So been wear them for around 6 weeks now, I’ve noticed that one bud doesn’t fit right, it always feels like it’s going to fall out, I’ve tried changing the rubber ear end and that doesn’t work. So when I’m running it’s just hitting my ear so I just hear this and then I always feel likes it’s going to fall out. And when u try place it back in it turns the volume up. So I can’t win. Apart from these issues I’m sure they would be good.

Very good wireless headphones for this price

Decided to go wireless re headphones following a migration of music library from iTunes to my Sony phone. Very easy and straightforward to set up and pair with phone. No hassles at all - unlike an attempt to go wireless some years ago with an e-reader. Maybe a bit more oomph to bass needed but overall very happy with these. Delivery was very quick too.

Comfortable, great sound but no good for sleeping

I bought these after reading lots of reviews that said they were perfect for listening to audio whilst sleeping. I tried them last night for the first time and found that whenever I turned over it activated the button controls which meant I was woken up. To be fair, the sound quality is very good and they are comfortable in my ears, but just disappointed as I only bought them for listening to audio when going to sleep.

Bought these to use in the gym and I’ve got to say they’re great. They stay in your ears and the sound quality is fantastic compared to my previous cheaper earbuds. Their not noise cancelling but you wouldn’t really notice that. Another great factor with these earbuds is, they’re not dear to buy. I’d recommend them
