I bought these a couple of weeks ago, and so far, so good. For the price point, I was looking for something with a bit more punch, although they offer crystal-clear sound, which is what you want & they can be adjusted in the Inzone app via a PC download, but as far as I'm aware cannot be transferred the settings over to the ps5. These just seemed a bit flat for me in the bass section via Bluetooth, not gaming. Now, I do have hearing problems, so that could just be me. That being said, they do feel top-tier, lightweight, and comfortable, flip to mute mic, The noise cancellation is excellent with great 360 Spatial Sound, with a whopping 30 hours of battery life. The microphone seems a bit flat. All in all, great immersive sound quality, very comfortable, great design, great drivers leading from the xm series which make these great also.

I bought this recently and whilst the actual headset is great and I love the ANC the build quality is poor especially for a premium cost product. I have had the headset for a couple of months and already the material covering the foam on the headband has come away. This appears to be a common problem judging by other reviews I have read

Ich habe das Headset leider wieder zurück schicken müssen. Aber kommen wir erst einmal zu den Positiven sachen: Der Tragekomfort ist einfach klasse. Es ist leicht und selbst nach einigen Std. vergisst man wirklich, dass man einen Kopfhörer auf hat. Der Sound ist out of the Box echt klasse. Zum Musikhören und auch Gaming ist es ein sehr ausgeglichendes Headset. Der Bass ist knackig und es macht einfach Spaß damit zu zocken. Die Raumortung allerdings empfand ich sowie das ANC nicht besonders gut. Aber jetzt kommen wir zum Rücksendegrund. Ich habe ein BigTower Gehäuse rechts neben den Schreibtisch stehen. Das Mainboard hat genau zwei USB-C anschlüsse die hinten verbaut sind. Also ist die Entfernung zum Transmitter und Headset ca. 1 Meter. Selbst bei dieser geringen Entfernung, konnte ich leider keine störfreie Verbindung aufbauen. In der Bedienungsanleitung standen Tipps wie..alle anderen USB Geräte entfernen, Handys und evtl. andere Störquellen aus der Reichweite legen. Aber jetzt im Ernst.. ich kaufe mir kein Headset welches aktuell ca. 260-300€ kostet und durch den mitgelieferten Transmitter keine störfreie Verbindung möglich ist. Und vor allem trenne ich wohl nicht meine Geräte wie Tastatur, Maus oder andere Geräte ich ich zwingend benötige. Das war leider wirklich super enttäuschend. Vielleicht hätte ein USB-C Verlängerungskabel sodass der Transmitter auf dem Schreibtisch liegt diese Störsignale nicht gegeben. Aber ganz ehrlich, für so einen Preis verlange ich einfach eine absolut stabile und störfreie Qualität.

In der Preisklasse an Qualität unschlagbar, endlich weg von Kabeln, ohne die Verzögerung von Bluetooth. Akku hält bei dauerhafter Nutzung (8h/Tag) etwa 2 Tage, ist schnell aufgeladen und funktioniert auch während dem Laden.

Bin zufrieden Sound ist gut grade für FPS sehr gut geeignet man kann auch mit der Inzone Hub App für Pc alles einstellen und den Sound für sich persönlich einstellen was ich auch loben muss ist die Geräuschunterdrückung auch kann man noch viele anderer Einstellungen vornehmen von mir klare Kaufempfehlung

Mi hanno regalato questo articolo da due settimane. Ottimo audio e controlli volume. Ottima la funzione di attivazione/disattivazione microfono alzando e abbassando il microfono. Ottima durata batteria. Unica pecca: poco chiara la configurazione per la cancellazione del rumore e la ricerca Bluetooth. Sarebbe stato utile rendere più chiaro in che funzione ci troviamo o se abbiamo attivo o meno il Bluetooth.

Ist schon der 2. den ich kaufen musste .. "musste" klingt jetzt vermutlich seltsam, aber mein erster hat nicht mal ein Jahr gehalten und es gibt aktuell halt nichts, was an die Soundqualität und Funktionen heran kommt und auch nicht an das NC von den iH9. So gut der Sound ist - die Hardware ist leider recht zweifelhaft. Quasi fast sofort geht das Polster für den Kopf kaputt, da es nur 1 oder 2 mm tief in die Plastik eingeklebt ist. Diese Schwäche lässt sich zum Glück ausgleichen mit entsprechenden Polsterschonern aus Neopren oder Leder, die sich über die Kopfpolsterung ziehen lässt und somit verdecken, dass das Polster schon nach knapp 100 Stunden Nutzung auseinander fällt. Was mein erstes iH9 gekillt hat, war ein Kurzschluss auf dem USB-C Port - Kabel rein gesteckt, darauf hin wurde der Port heiß und fing an zu rauchen. Mal was neues bei Kopfhörern. Leider nutzt bei beiden genannten Fehlern der Support wenig, mir wurde gesagt, das ich die falsch benutzt habe - vermutlich ist mein Kopf quadratisch oder so ^^ Trotz allem - der Sound ist Konkurrenzlos, Bequem zu tragen sind sie auch, das NC ist unglaublich - neben mir könnte die Bude ein stürzen und ich würde es wohl nicht mal merken. Ebenfalls super ist die Tatsache, dass 2 Geräte zeitgleich gekoppelt werden können - eins über den Dongle, ein zweites über Bluetooth. Heißt ich kann mit dem Headset zocken am PC/Playstation, während ich sie via Bluetooth mit dem Firecube kopple um den Sound Filmen, Twitch oder Youtube parallel hören zu können - und kann sogar die Lautstärke beider Quellen separat ein Pegeln! Also ja .. die Kopfhörer sind extrem gut - nur etwas "zerbrechlich" ;)

Das Headset ist sehr gut Sound Top, NC ausgezeichnet. Das einzige, was mich am Headset stört, ist, dass die Ohrmuscheln und der Kopfbügel aus Kunstleder sind. Das fühlt sich nicht hochwertig an. Gott sei Dank kann man die Earcups austauschen, über Drittanbieter.

Gutes Headset mit fatalem Fehler – hängt sich auf!

Ich habe das Sony Inzone H9 seit einiger Zeit im Einsatz – klanglich und vom Tragekomfort her wirklich top. Geräuschunterdrückung funktioniert gut, die Verbindung über den Dongle ist stabil und latenzfrei – alles soweit, wie man es bei diesem Preis erwarten würde. Leider gibt es ein sehr ärgerliches Problem: Mein H9 hat sich plötzlich in den Bluetooth-Pairing-Modus versetzt und ist dort komplett eingefroren. Das Headset blinkte nur noch hektisch blau, reagierte weder auf den Power-Button noch auf eine Reset-Kombination. Es ließ sich einfach nicht mehr ausschalten, nicht zurücksetzen, nicht verbinden – nichts. Die einzige Lösung war, den Akku komplett leer laufen zu lassen (über viele Stunden), um dann nach erneutem Aufladen wieder Zugriff zu bekommen. Das ist für ein Premium-Produkt in dieser Preisklasse absolut inakzeptabel. Es gibt keine Not-Aus-Funktion, keinen Reset-Knopf – und das Gerät lässt dich im schlimmsten Moment einfach hängen. Schade, denn technisch ist das Headset stark – aber solche Software-/Firmware-Probleme und die fehlende Möglichkeit zum echten Reset machen das Produkt für mich nicht zuverlässig. Fazit: Gute Hardware mit einer Schwachstelle, die im Alltag schnell zum Dealbreaker wird. Von einem Hersteller wie Sony hätte ich mehr erwartet.

de inzien h9 is echt heel goed voor de ps5, de 3d geluid is super mooi de microfoon is handig en het is handig dat ik mijn telefoon met de headset kan verbinden terwijl ik game om alles via me headset te horen en de ambient mode gebruik ik zelf constant want ik word vaak geroepen. alleen wat ik een nadeel vind is dat je op de Mac de inzone hub niet kunt downloaden dat is heel jammer. en het is jammer dat de headset niet de nieuwste functie heeft wat de Sony pulse elite headset wel kreeg. namelijk de microfoon noise cancellation ik zou de pulse elite kopen voor die functie maar de inzien h9 zit veel comfortabeler. als ze de h9 zouden updaten met die microfoon functie zou ik het direct aanschaffen. voor de rest all around een goed headset lekker comfortabel en een goede batterij.

An sich sind die Kopfhörer Super aber nach nicht mal 6 Monaten ging das Kunstleder des Kopfbandes flöten weil der Kleber nicht hält

ANC entfernt leider keine störenden Hochtongeräusche (zB laute Gespräche in der Umgebung, laute Ansagen, Kindergeschrei, usw.) Nicht mal mit dem Lautstärkedrehrad läßt sich dies ändern, nur ggf. durch laute Musik usw. übertreffen. Die robotisierte Antwort von Sony war leider auch nicht hilfreich: Sony AI AssistantDie INZONE H9 bietet eine Geräuschunterdrückungsfunktion, die dabei helfen kann, laute Umgebungsgeräusche zu reduzieren. Jedoch konzentriert sich die Geräuschunterdrückung hauptsächlich auf tieffrequente Geräusche. Für die genaue Anpassung von Tönen, einschließlich der Reduzierung von hohen Tönen, können Sie den integrierten Equalizer über die INZONE Hub-Software nutzen. Dort können Sie Anpassungen für verschiedene Frequenzbereiche vornehmen und so die gewünschte Klangbalance finden. Wo liegt das Problem, warum lassen sich auch Hochtöne nicht unterdrücken? Vorteil ist jedoch das klappbare Mikrofon, das haben andere ANC-Geräte m.W. nicht. So erreicht man wenigstens akzeptable Sprachqualität auch in lauter Umgebung.

Audio perfetto, molto semplice e intuitivo da usare. da notare però che il materiale in ecopelle fa giusto un po sudare e sulla parte esterna dei paglioni restano le ditate (sensa grasso sulle dita presente ) e consiglierei di modificare i suoni interattivi ad esempio quello di spegnimento, è veramente orribile. Per il resto un eccellente prodotto

Das Headset hat nach nur einem 3/4 Jahr die Funktionalität der PC Verbindung verloren. Damit ist dann auch alles was das Headset cool macht weg. Support konnte und wollte mir dann auch nicht weiterhelfen. Nonostante un comfort eccellente e molte opzioni di personalizzazione, peccano per la mancanza di un equalizzatore completo su tutte le piattaforme che è una funzione molto importante anche quando l'audio predefinito è già buono (ma per queste non lo è granché), compromettendo l'esperienza complessiva ✅ Pro: - Comfort top: Le imbottiture generose permettono alle cuffie di poggiarsi delicatamente agli occhiali e di intaccare minimamente il "sigillo" (ma dipende) mentre i padiglioni generosi e spaziosi danno alle orecchie tutto lo spazio di cui hanno bisogno. - ANC e Trasparenza buoni: La cancellazione del rumore fa un buon lavoro ad eliminare i tipici rumori da PC come le ventole ma non i rumori più acuti (come altre cuffie ANC), mentre la Modalità Trasparenza è chiara e cristallina, in questo ambito ricordano le mie WH-1000XM4, purtroppo però la Modalità Trasparenza sarebbe dovuta essere come queste ultime e cioè poter tenere premuto un tasto per attivare questa modalità ed in contemporanea abbassare il volume così da poter conversare tranquillamente. - Suono personalizzabile: L'app è ottima con molte personalizzazioni, si possono creare una miriade di profili dove cambia per ognuno l'EQ, Controllo della Gamma Dinamica e l'Audio Spaziale. L'equalizzatore è un semplice EQ a 10 band. Si può legare un profilo ad un gioco diverso, così da avere magari un EQ per un gioco e un EQ diverso per un altro gioco. - Latenza bassa. - Funzionano anche mentre in carica. - Supporto Bluetooth (AAC e SBC) e pure in simultanea con la chiavetta. ❌ Contro: - Prezzo alto considerati i seguenti difetti. - Nessun supporto all'EQ su PS5, quindi va tenuto quello predefinito (che non è granché e personalmente questa è una gravissima mancanza). - L'EQ in modalità Bluetooth è diverso da quello in modalità Wireless 2.4Ghz, a parer mio però tra l'EQ standard in Wireless e l'EQ standard in BT quest'ultimo suona migliore, più bilanciato. - Audio Spaziale deludente: Espande l'audio rendendolo più ampio ma allo stesso tempo diventa tutto più blando e non è un suono piacevole, non supportano Windows Sonic, DTS o Dolby. - Microfono scadente, non rimovibile. - Qualità costruttiva migliorabile: La plastica usata rende le cuffie leggere ma allo stesso tempo più cheap come impressione. - Nessun jack 3.5mm: Quindi non si possono usare su Xbox per esempio e non credo la porta USB C sia abilitata per l'audio. Vi consiglio di guardare un po' di recensioni video, come quelle di "Aaron X Loud and Wireless", "Hardware Canucks" e "GadgetryTech". Personalmente ho impostato vari EQ, ma quello che più mi piace è l'AutoEQ (sito web) per farle assomigliare alle WH-1000XM4 o per allinearle al target Harman 2018 Over Ear (HMS II.3).

Super Headset mit leichten Schwächen

Nutze das Headset für den Pc und bin sehr zufrieden. Das ANC funktioniert super und ich höre den Fernseher im gleichen Raum nicht mehr beim spielen. Wirklich gut. Auch de Klang ist super um besser als bei meinem alten G733. Lediglich die Reichweite des Empfängers könnte besser sein und die Ohrpolster sind mir persönlich zu schwitzig. Habe im Zubehör für 30€ Ersatz gekauft, die super sind und nicht mehr zum schwitzen neigen. Kunstleder vs Stoff halt. Würde das Headset dennoch uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Stern Abzug wegen Reichweite und Ohrpolster

Gekocht ‘in de aanbieding’ voor 209 euro. De andere headset van Sony de Pulse 3D, die is kapot gegaan, die had ik sinds launch van PS5. Sony gaf daar geen garantie meer op. Ik aarzelde om deze te kopen. Wel tevreden over noise canceling functie.

Ik ben groot fan van Sony en deze gameheadset gebruik ik met name op de PS5. Helaas valt het geluid tegen. Ik kan niet de beleving vinden in de geluidskwaliteit die Sony beloofd in de advertenties van deze set. Ik heb een JBL headsetje die echt veel betere kwaliteit geluid geeft. Daar hoor je echt elk geluidje mee en dat heb ik bij de H9 helaas niet......

Ho queste cuffie da poco più di un anno, come qualità audio e buono, il microfono mi aspettavo di più, le ho usate sia sulla play che sul PC, sulla play le impostazioni di configurazione sono molto limitate, su pc c'è un software che a mio parere possono migliorare, la cuffia e molto comoda e leggera ma purtroppo l'archetto che appoggia sulla testa pian piano si sta staccando, e le cuffie le ho tenute sempre in buono stato. Do 2 stelle per una questione di materiali, a paragone ho avuto cuffie più economiche che non hanno avuto questi problemi,

Ich besitze das Gaming Headset H9 jetzt seit knapp mehr als einem Jahr und benutze es in regelmäßigen Abständen in Kombination mit der PS5. Direktes Plug and Play ohne irgendwelche Probleme. Das besondere Feature ist, dass es über Funk und Bluetooth verbunden werden kann. Mit der PS5 wird es über Funk verbunden und den Bluetooth Empfänger benutze ich für die Verbindung mit dem Handy. Sobald ein Anruf kommt kann das Headset schnell umschalten, was es super angenehm macht. Tragekomfort ist super und auch der Sound an sich. Es verfügt über eine Noise Cancelling und einen Ambient Mode. Beide sind spitze. Ein kleines Manko wäre, dass beim schalten auf NC keine Ansage wie bei anderen Headsets kommt, sondern nur ein Piepton und beim Ambient Modus zwei Pieptöne. Am Anfang sehr verwirrend. Aber das gehört zur Kategorie Luxusproblem. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung.

Ik heb de headset nu een paar weken, dus een lange termijn review zit er nog niet in. De headset bevalt echter bijzonder goed in combinatie met de PS5. Duidelijk vindbare knoppen en alles wat je nodig hebt kan je gemakkelijk op de koptelefoon instellen. ANC werkt top. Zijn er betere headsets? Absoluut, neem de Astro A50X of de steel series arctic nova pro. Beide hebben een beter geluid en draagcomfort, maar kunnen kwa intergratie niet tippen aan de Inzone H9, dat is eigenlijk een algemeen probleem van third party headsets. Het enige wat een beetje tegenstaat is de prijs. Ik heb €253,- voor de headset betaald en ik denk dat hij iets te duur is voor wat hij presteert.

Ich kaufte vor einem jahr dieses headset. Jetzt hat es einen materialfehler ging zuerst zu interdiscount er sagte am besten den support an schreiben die können mir am besten und am schnellsten helfen. Der support sagte mir es sei einen fehler der ich beganngen habe wobei es schritt für schritt der stoff gelöst wurde. Ich wolte zuerst nicht reklamieren jedoch kamm der fehler immer gravierender auf. Was nicht meine schuld ist. Ich pflege meine produkte sorgfältig. Der support sagte jetzt wiederum ich solle zum Händler gehen die können mir helfen. Ein hin und her. Was soll man da noch machen. Das ende dieser geschichte ich kaufs so keine sonyprodukte mehr.

The anc is alot better than the arctis pro wireless..sound quality and build quality not as good but it's still more than good enough for gaming. I sent my arctis back in favour of these just for then anc alone. My only negative really is your head can get a little sore over long periods as the headband cushion is very soft

Good headset - Worthless warranty

I bought this headset Sony INZONE H9 Noise Cancelling Wireless Gaming Headset 4 months ago Pro : Good sound, noise cancelling and mic Amazing conectiviti (u can have your phone PS5 or PC conected at the same time and works amazing. Great battery 100%. Very confortable to wear them even for period long time Con: They dont look that premium for the price you pay (the balck ones looks cooler) Custumer Service and warrnty is wortless = 0 = nada. Leather coming away from headband, not covered under warranty repair as it’s deemed physical damage.All I did was wear it on my head for a couple of hours in the evenings… 4 months in and it fails… and to add insult Sony want to charge insane amount of money for their manufacture problem. 42 £/h. For this reason, I do not recommend them to anyone. better with another brand, less prestige, cheaper, and less hassle. Will be my last product from Sony. Good luck!

Got to say these headphones are fantastic. Don’t feel heavy even after gaming for a few hours. Battery lasts ages and the sound is very impressive! Hear every footstep around you.

Vor einem halben Jahr gekauft wegen lärmender Nachbarn. ANC funktioniert echt prima, Mikrofon auch. Zum Zocken echt topp. Leider hat sich nach weniger als einem halben Jahr das Polster am oberen Bügel auf voller Länge abgelöst. Sehr schade.

Ich war mir am Anfang nicht sicher, ob ich zufrieden mit der Anschaffung war. Für mich galt es ein Gamingheadset zu finden, welches ich am PC sowie an der Playstation verwenden kann. Der Sound an der Konsole ist toll, am PC musste ich mich erst mit dem Equalizer auseinandersetzen, ehe ich die beste Mischung für mich gefunden habe. Ich wünsche mir auf jeden Fall, dass Sony hier noch nachsetzt und einen erweiterten Equalizer anbietet, sodass man den Sound noch besser abstimmen kann. Das Design der Kopfhörer ist recht schlicht und an der Playstation 5 Designsprache angelehnt. Ich habe mich hier für die schwarzen Kopfhörer entschieden. Die LED Beleuchtung ist auch sehr dezent. Leuchten lediglich 4 im Bluetooth Modus und weiß im 2,4ghz Modus. Das ANC ist wie gewohnt spitze, wer die XM4 oder besitzt wird hier den gleichen Komfort erfahren. Das einzige Manko an den Kopfhörern ist die Mikrofonlösung. Leider klingt man recht blechern und da habe ich mir leider mehr von Sony erhofft.

The headband cover does not hold up

Very bad quality headband, the manufacturing process/method to attach the headband cover does not hold up with general usage and broken after 5 month.

Too many rough edges. Sound is nice though

Sound and noise cancelling performance is nice but, my god, Sony, why is there no native PS5 app when it's one of the headline features? Having to find and use a PC to customise the EQ and other settings is an oversight. Also, the notification sounds (turning off and on) sound like a broken stylophone. Why is there no announcer lady like on my Sony XM5 headphones? The comfort, sound and noise cancelling performance are all top tier (once you can set them up, using a PC). I paid about £100 for these. If I'd have paid full price (£269) then I would be livid at these rough edges. MAKE A NATIVE PS5 APP YOU DUMBOS

Wir haben den Artikel jetzt ca. drei Wochen im Betrieb und sind eigentlich recht zufrieden mit Teil. Aaaaaber, die Tonqualität über Bluetooth-Geräte, Smartphone, Tablet usw. lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Was mich jedoch sehr stört, ist die Tatsache, dass man den Mikrofonbügel nicht vom Kopfhörer trennen kann. Des Weiteren bin ich der Meinung, dass man für dieses hochpreisige Gerät nicht alles in Kunststoff designen müssen. Das wirkt einfach billig! Deshalb gibt es von mir auch keine 5 Sterne!

Great audio, super comfortable but a little pricey

I bought these to use with a PS5 and a PSVR2. The audio quality is a significant improvement on the ear buds that are supplied with the PSVR2, especially with the 3D effect which is quite convincing. I can where them comfortably for a long time. The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is the price. There are other options for cheaper that give the same comfort and audio quality. Still a recommended set of headphones for my usage, and I'm happy that I went with them over the competition..
