Habe das Objektiv jetzt ca. 4 Wochen. Mit meiner ILCE-7R2 sind auch bei schwierigen Lichtbedingungen die Bildergebnisse hervorragend, einfacher gesagt "unübertrefflich". Um die Brennweite auf den Faktor 2 zu verlängern, habe ich mir auch noch den Konverter SEL20TC gekauft, da ich der Produktbeschreibung von Sony geglaubt habe. Schon nach 3 Tagen ging der Konverter zurück zum Händler. Sony hat in seiner Produktbeschreibung behauptet, die Verwendung des Konverters SEL20TC in Verbindung mit diesem Objektiv hätte keine Leistungseinbußen in Sachen Bildqualität und Auflösung, zur Folge. Ich zitiere Sony: "Multipliziert die Brennweite des von dem 2fach-Telekonverter verwendeten Objektivs, ohne optische Leistung, Autofokus-Geschwindigkeit und Präzision oder Bedienung zu beeinträchtigen". Fazit: Mit dem Konverter SEL20TC erscheinen meine Fotos, wie es auch bei allen anderen handelsüblichen Tele-Konvertern typisch ist, mehr oder weniger stark unscharf und schwammig! Würde mich freuen, wenn Sony einfach bei der Produktbeschreibung, speziell jetzt für den Konverter SEL20TC mehr Realitätsbewusstsein entwickelt. Es ist ja in der Fotografie allgemein bekannt, dass bei der Verwendung von Telekonvertern, die Bildqualität beeinträchtigt wird. Objektiv mehr als super, aber bitte ohne Konverter!

Ho comprato questo articolo circa un mese fa da abbinare alla mia alpha 7III per foto sportive e riscontrato alcuni problemi sulla messa a fuoco automatica che sembra perfetta sull'occhio e poi il risultato risulta sfocato anche con luce diurna. Questo problema si riscontra amaggiormente alla massima apertura e da 150mm a 200mm. Alcune foto sono spettacolari ed altre no, tanto che pensavo che dipendesse da me ed allora ho provato con un soggetto statico, praticamente lo stesso risultato. Per il momento non do un risultato eccellente vorrei testarlo ancora.

Ich habe das Tele nun schon seid 5 Jahren im Einsatz. Es ist enorm vielseitig. Von Portrait angefangen (tolles Boquet) über Landschaft (gestochen scharf) bis hin zu Großaufnahmen von Insekten (sehr hilfreich, man kann gut auf Abstand bleiben). In Kombination mit dem SEL20TC Telekonverter kommt man auch mit Tierfotographie schon sehr weit, und das bei insgesamt geringem Gewicht. Kompliment an die Ingenieure, das muss man erst alles einmal in einem Objektiv unterbringen.

Purchased this super lens from ffords in Scotland to try out against my F4 version, well the results are outstanding, yes its big and heavy but that's not a problem for me and i'm no spring chicken! Sold the F4. I would highly recommend this lens if you shoot action in dull lighting.

Nachdem das Nachfolgemodell auf den Markt kam, war ich nicht sicher für welches der beiden Objektive ich mich entscheiden sollte. Nach eingehendem Test habe ich mich für die Ursprungsvariante entschieden und habe das bis heute nicht bereut. Das Objektiv bezeichne ich immer noch als top. Das höhere Gewicht ist für mich kein Problem, der Geschwindigkeitsunterschied ist wahrnehmbar, ist aber mit Erfahrung gut zu handlen. Die optischen Leistungen inkl. Bokeh stehen für mich völlig außer Frage.

Ein 70-200er gehört ja quasi zur Standardausstattung. In Verbindung mit meiner a7RIII arbeitet dieses Objektiv hervorragend. Die Auflösung und Bildqualität sind spitze. Ich hatte es jetzt 3x für sportliche indoor Portrait-Shootings im Einsatz. Auf 200mm handgehalten gibt es natürlich immer etwas Spiel. Die Stabilisierung arbeitet dabei aber top. Bei über 600 Bildern lag ich mit dem Fokus nur 1x daneben. Mit f2.8 ergibt es auch eine sehr weiche und schöne Unschärfe. An einem kleinen Kamerabody wie der, der alpha7 ist das Objektiv schon recht wuchtig und schwer. Das wäre dann auch mein einziger Kritikpunkt.

Possiedo la stessa lente per sistema Canon, sono sempre stato soddisfatto, un ottimo tele per qualità e costruzione, ma avendo anche ora un sistema Sony Mirrorless ho voluto investire su tutte lenti della serie GM, questo 70-200 f/2.8 è una meraviglia, nitidezza top su tutto il frame anche a tutta apertura, quasi come un fisso, costruzione e materiali di qualità, come ci si può aspettare da una lente professionale di questa categoria, chi si lamenta del peso un po’ sbilanciato su mirrorless questo è segno che c’è del vetro dentro, più hardware che software…preferisco infatti questa magnifica lente invece che la seconda serie, anche perché ora la si può trovare ad un prezzo interessante!

Die Qualität der Produkte, besonders dieses Objektiv beeindruckt mich. Die Bilder sind superscharf und dieses Objektiv hat eine besondere Lichtstärke. Für Portraits ein grandioses Bokeh. Ich habe wegen dem Preis lange gezögert, bin jetzt aber froh das ich mich für den Kauf entschieden habe. Das Objektiv mit der Sony 7RIV ist eine super Kombination. Ich denke das ich mich aufgrund der Qualität noch lange daran erfreuen kann.

Bin vom 100mm f2.8 gewechselt aufgrund des Zooms und der besseren Lichtstärke. Bislang bin ich sehr zufrieden mit vernachlässigten Einschränkungen im Autofokus, was wahrscheinlich das neue Modell noch besser beherrscht.

Habe wegen des Preises lange gezögert. Nun, da das Nachfolgemodell (FE 70–200 mm F2,8 GM OSS II) herausgekommen ist, war es etwas günstiger zu haben. Ich muss sagen, ich hätte es schon früher kaufen sollen: es entspricht voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen: Schärfe, Speed (für den Nicht-Profi-Bereich völlig OK), Handling und Haptik sind Top. Ein Wunsch bleibt noch offen: lackiert es endlich schwarz; lieber lass ich mich mit Nikon als mit Canon verwechseln. Wäre auch nicht so auffällig...

I've had my lens for nearly 3 years now and its perfect for my needs. I shoot sports but also use it for odd potrait. I find it feels well balanced on the alpha series of cameras and I can't think of a time I've had to use the tripod collar. I love that its internal zoom. It also has a useful array of buttons on the lens- ones for telling it what zoom range it should use and also a couple of buttons you can allocate functions to using the menu on your camera. J’ ai eu et utilisé différents 70/200 2.8. Au bord d’ un terrain de basket, c’ est le meilleur que j’ ai eu. Couplé à l’ Alpha 1, c’ est magique de réactivité et l’ eye AF fait des miracles. Même en macro!

Lens is al enige tijd in mijn bezit. Maakt echt prachtige foto's. Ligt goed in de hand 3n is makkelijk te bedienen. Echt een aanrader. Enige (grote) nadeel van deze en ook andere lenzen is het updaten van de firmware van de lenzen. Een ware crime en voor deze lens vooralsnog niet gelukt. Dat moet echt anders en makkelijker kunnen. Vandaar maar 3 sterren. Als dit gefixt wordt dan maximale 5 sterren wat mij betreft.

Excellente optique - focus, bokeh

Je connais très bien le comportement d'un 70-200mm à f/2.8. Là c'est une optique de qualité G Master donc aucune mauvaise surprise. Tout est parfaitement corrigé sour Lightroom si vous avez peur des distortions, aberrations chromatiques, vignettage (de base c'est très bon). L'autofocus est véloce et à la hauteur (rapidité/précision). Je reste légèrement sur ma faim quant au piqué : je m'attendais à mieux, mais c'est déjà très honorable. Aussi, les dimensions sont étonnantes car l'optique est aussi grosse et lourde (voire pire) qu'un objectif pour DSLR !... dommage.
