Es ist einfach das beste 50mm Objektiv für den Sony A-Mount ! ° SSM-Antrieb, leise & schnell ° Staub- und Feuchtigkeitsschutz ° Tolle Verarbeitung und Materialien ° Volle AF Untertützung, gerade an der Sony Alpha 99m2 ein tolles Feature ° 100% kompatibel, eigene "Lens ID" und Korrekturprofil in der Kamera ° Gute Abbildungsleistung & Farbwiedergabe ° Eine, wie ich finde, angehnehme Größe und Gewicht Mir persönlich gefällt das Bokeh hervorragend, ist mir sofort bei den Probeaufnahmen aufgefallen und mit einem "WOW" kommentiert worden. Und es ist nicht das erste und einzige Objektiv mit 1.4er Blende das ich kenne bzw. gesehen habe. Habe ich aber bewusst extra erwähnt weil das natürlich sehr individuell empfunden und bewertet wird.

Ik heb de lens nu ongeveer een maand en ben er zeer tevreden mee. Het ontwerp is modern strak maar het aller belangrijkste is de ongelooflijke scherpte. gevoegd bij de zeer grote lichtsterkte is dit een lens die je vrijwel overal voor kunt gebruiken. Daarnaast is ook de autofocus nog eens razendsnel en vrijwel stil. Een absolute aanrader.

Zuerst hatte ich mit anderen Objektiven experimentiert. Nach dem Kauf des Zeiss Objektives weiß ich, es war reine Zeitvergeudung. Der Unterschied zu anderen Objektiven anderer Hersteller zeigt sich im Detail und bei schwierigen Lichtverhältnissen.

Nach rund 200 Aufnahmen mit diesem Objektiv kann ich folgendes berichten. Abgeblendet scharf bis in die Ecken. Farbe einfach super, Freistellung phänomenal. Bin sehr zufrieden.

The images produced by the lens is tack sharp as expected from a Zeiss lens. The lens produces a beautiful creamy bokeh. Its therefore an excellent portrait lens. It low light performance at F1.4 was even better than I thought it will be. I was able to take good photographs with the light only from a TV at an ISO setting of 400 and above. The build quality is excellent. The addition of dust and weather sealing is an added bonus. The lens focuses very quickly. Focusing is almost silent due to the SSM motor.

Daar ik al beschikte over een 85mm 1.4 lens van sony/zeiss waar ik ook heel erg blij mee ben liep ik toch vaak tegen t probleem aan dat mensen voor je heen liepen op bv festivals.door deze lens te kopen kan ik een heel stukje dichter bij mijn model komen zonder dat ene euvel. De scherpte en bokeh spreken me erg aan,net zoals dit is bij zijn grotere broers de 85mm 1.4 en de 135mm 1.8. Ik gebruik de lenzen samen met de sony a77 mark 2

Outstanding build & image quality, this spends much of its time on my A99. As a pro commercial photographer the weather sealing is a welcomed addition too. This is a premium, quality piece of glass with a price tag to match - However, as i have found with all my other Zeiss lenses, its a price tag worth paying for. For me however there are 2 flaws: Firstly, is the supplied plastic lens hood!? - All the the other Alpha mount Zeiss lenses have high quality metal lens hoods, which not only carry that Zeiss quality to the finest detail, but also means they are more durable. Secondly, and although this may seem trivial, there is no leather pouch with the lens, like like is supplied with the other 5 Zeiss and Sony G lenses?? When paying top prices, its these little details that make the difference.
