Die Bedienung ist recht einfach. Der Klang via BT ist gut; via Kabel sehr gut bis ausgezeichnet. Die Konstruktion umschließt das Ohr und schirmt es von den Außengeräuchen gut ab, mit NC sogar sehr gut. Aber durch diese Konstruktion läßt es sich nicht vermeiden, dass der Anpressdruck für den einen/die eine oder anderen/andere zu fest ist und dass eine gewisse Wärme entsteht: das ist alles eine Frage des persönlichen Empfindens. Das Einzige, woran ich mich noch etwas gewöhnen muss, ist das Gewicht. Aber der KH kommt dem bezahlbaren Ideal-BT-Kopfhörer schon sehr nahe... Ich würde das Produkt wieder kaufen.

Ich verwende die Kopfhörer nun knapp ein Jahr auf meinen Dienstreisen. Schon seit knapp 10 Jahren verwende ich NC-Kopfhörer, damals gab es diese nur bei Bose im Produktspektrum jetzt wollte ich mal Sony probieren, da mit die Marke einen qualitativ besseren Eindruck macht(e). Die Geräuschdämpfung stellte bei mir das wichtigste Kaufargument für den Kopfhörer dar. Diese funktioniert grundsätzlich sehr gut - besonders im Fleiger ABER: In der Bahn werden die Störgeräsche von der Netzsuche von meinem Handy derart stark übertragen, dass an Ruhe nicht zu denken ist. Die Abschirmung der Kopfhörer scheint mangelhaft zu sein, anders kann ich es mir nicht erklären. Das Telefon liegt ca. 1m entfernt und es handelt sich um ein S9+ - also ein aktuelles Model. In Foren liest man dieses häufiger, beim Konkurrenzmodel von Bose soll es diese Störungen nicht geben. Von einem Produkt, dass sich als Premium definiert ist so etwas enttäuschend. Lösungshinweise, wie die Netzsuche vom Telefon auszuschalten sind sicherlich nicht ernst gemeint.

Titel: Teuer und enttäuschend – nie wieder Sony! Ich war anfangs begeistert vom Sony WH-1000XM2 – der Klang war gut, die Geräuschunterdrückung stark, alles schien hochwertig. Doch kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie hat mich dieses teure Produkt bitter enttäuscht: Der Kopfhörer ließ sich plötzlich nicht mehr einschalten, kein Update war möglich, nichts hat mehr funktioniert. Komplett tot – ohne jede Vorwarnung. Für den Preis hätte ich definitiv mehr Langlebigkeit erwartet. Statt Qualität und Verlässlichkeit bekam ich Frust und Elektroschrott. Ich werde mir nie wieder ein Produkt von Sony kaufen – und kann es auch niemandem mehr empfehlen. Sehr schade.

I've used the head sets for two weeks now, and they are excellent. Good sound, great aesthetics, and superbly long-lasting battery. In two weeks, I've only charged them once. I would like the next product to be even better in the following aspects. The XM5 rests better on the shoulders if it's turned around. Otherwise the sponge face would have to face upwards. Also, can the headsets have storage space so multimedia can be stored as opposed to using You-tube? And, can they be turned on or off from the phone?

Treated myself at Christmas and within a few days did a 10 hour long haul flight. Perfect for watching movies on the plane and was able to sleep really well thanks to the great noise reduction. Loved the handy feature of tapping the right side to hear ambient noise when required for announcements etc.

Très très bon casque, hormis le système avec l'assistant google qui a quelques difficulté je n'ai rien à lui reproché sur son fonctionnement. Le design est sympas quoi que une fois sur la tête, il fait un peu bloc/gros ce qui le rend un peu disgracieux, mais c'est tout. Aujourd'hui ça fais 5 ans que je l'ai, la batterie tient toujours merveilleusement bien, j'ai juste les coussinets d'oreilles et d'arceau un peu craquelé et la peinture de l'arceau qui s'écaille un peu, mais rien de bien méchant, il paraît presque comme neuf

Deze headset is mijn eerste upgrade van bedraad en Zwakke bouw(JBL E50) naar de WH1000MX2. Zelfs na 6 jaar trouwe dienst werkt hij nog geweldig en de bouw van de headset is lekker stevig en niet fragiel. Het enige puntje dat ik heb van kritiek is het niet bestendig tegen Zware Regen buien of dat een druppel op de touchpad waarbij de Headset gaat driften en acties doet die ik niet wil. ik hoop dat de volgende generaties van de WH1000XM hier echt aan gaan werken want het is een bijna perfecte headset voor dagelijks gebruik ( en Wielersport)

Ansagen viel zu laut, Noise cancellation ist rubbish ! Aber leider das einzige Modell welches auf meinen anscheinend “kleinen” Kopfumfang mit kleinster Einstellung gerade noch so knapp auf dem Kopf und an den Ohren sitzt. Und das Beste daran ist die Abschirmung der Aussengeräusche, vor allem von Vorteil weil, wie hier auch, die SW noise cancellation nur halbpatzig funktioniert… 2. best bei High Fi Sound, sicher auf dem Niveau der viel teureren Bose und Sennheiser welche einen schlechteren Schutz gegen Aussengeräusche und Sitz auf dem Kopf bieten.

Bought these just before a long haul flight to Australia. They are very comfortable for long term use and the ambient noise cancellation is amazing. Battery life is good, from London to Singapore on one charge.

The headphones stopped working after a bit more than two years, with no sound on one ear. For a premium product, I expect a longer life time. Sound quality and noise cancelling performance is excellent, but I cannot recommend the product due to its poor durability.

Ravi de la qualité audio et du confort du casque, je suis déçu depuis peu car la batterie est HS (le casque ne se charge plus). J’ai envoyé le casque en réparation selon les conseils du SAV Sony. Il m’a été retourné sans être reparé...faute de pièce de rechange (batterie !...). Du coup, je vais le réparer moi-même. Finalement cela semble assez simple grâce aux tutos dispo. Dommage...je ne pense pas reprendre de Sony après cette mauvaise expérience.

Ik gebruik dit product al meer dan twee jaar en nog steeds tevreden. Gebruik de hoofdtelefoon veel op de fiets en ben dus erg tevreden met de "ambient sound" modus. De mobile app kan wel wat beter. De app voelt een beetje oud aan. Ook vind ik het jammer dat je de verbinding niet gemakkelijk kan switchen van apparaat naar apparaat.

heb 'm nu al weer even en ben elke keer weer blij als ik deze koptelefoon gebruik. Het enig lastige vind ik dat ik 'm moet unpairen op het ene apparaat voordat ik 'm kan pairen met het andere. De kwaliteit van het geluid is een regelrecht feestje.

Ich habe mir diese Sony WH 1000xm2 im Jahr 2018 erworben. Alles in ganzen ist dies definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung wert!!! Das einzige Manko ist die Xm2 knarzen wenn man sie auf dem Kopf aufsetzt. Der Sound an sich ist sehr gut da gibt es nichts zu jammern.

I bought the headset mainly to use in virtual meetings. Works very well, sound is great, also microphone works very well. Very comfortable, also when wearing full day. Noise cancelling is great, with other conversations in the room I can still easily follow the meeting.

I bought this about a month ago and am extremely disappointed with it. It is Internet connected but the only channels I can view are bbciplayer, youtube and regular TV. ITV hub, all 4 and MY5 show only ads and no programmes will play. In case it was something to do with the Internet I tried connecting ether net from my router, but still nothing worked! Also, when I purchased it from Curry's there wasn't a control to go with it, so they gave me a universal control. The buttons on it are very small and close together so I have trouble using it. At the moment I am not happy at all and think that I will have to take it back.

These headphones sound better than I expected,I am very suprised,over ear comfort is excellent, I am giving a short review due to only haveing them a short time, I am a person that spends some time on my reviews,so far I can only say good things,I have Paired them with my Pioneer XDP-300R by way of bluetooth and it was very much a suprise, i think it is one of the best audio over bluetooth to date. regards Peter
