I have just bought a BDV-L600 Home Cinema unit. I wish to program my Sky + remote control to be able to adjust the sound volume. Does anyone know the 4 digit code that I need to key into the Sky remote?

Hi, Thanks for the suggestion, but I had already tried this Sky site and it does not recognise the BDV-L600 and just suggests some generic codes that do not work. I suspect the Sky page only knows about TVs as there are no options in the drop down box for Home Cinema devices.

I guessed that may be the case & I'm not sure if the Sky remotes work with anything other than TV's..

Have you tried contacting Sky support.?

I think they should work with any infra-red controlled device - it's just a question of knowing which code to use. I'll try asking Sky support. Thanks for your advice.
