hello everyone

 

i have come to have a sony vaio VGN-CR31s and i have been trying to register it but the register page doesnt recognise my model is there a way i can register?

 

i am trying to get some recovery disks for it as the recovery partition is gone   to contact support for disks i have to be logged on via serial and i cant do that because i cant register it,

 

any ideas?

    Hi Crazy_Nutter,

     

    As the notebook is over one year old you cannot use the online registration system. You will need to call the out of warranty number to both register and order a set of recovery disks.

     

    From the UK the number is 0905 0310006 (£0.35/min)

    Do u know how much they are in uk pounds?

    I’m not entirely certain of the current price but I believe it is approx £50.
