I have an xperia T and a bravia smart tv but cant use screen mirroring? What am I missing?

I have an xperia T and a bravia smart tv but cant use the screen mirroring function. I can throw pictures, videos and music from the phone to the tv which is cool but the actual screen mirroring function on the phone can't pick up any devices. I've read something about some kind of accessory, is that what Im missing and if so where can I get one? Thankyou for any advice on the matter.

Here on this screen, i have no chance, because Smartphones aren't listed in the pulldown, only tablets and accessories for tablets and for smartphones... any hint?

Hello!

The previous phone I had got stolen, so now I am trying to make it impossible to get away with my new phone. I've set up tracking with the Xperia feature, aswell as Avast Anti Theft protection, where I can completely control and find the phone through any web browser.

But I wonder if there is any way I can prevent people from turning off the phone (because in that case I wont be able to track it, if they shut it off and delete everything on it through a computer somehow). For example by forcing a code to be entered in order to be able to turn the phone off?

Even though I have a code to unlock the phone, I can still shut it off without entering the code - just by holding the shutdown button. Can that action either be restricted with a code somehow? Or is it possible to disable that function if the phone is not unlocked?

Any help will be usefull!

Sony Xperia Fraud SOLIHULL SONY CENTRE 53 MILL STREET

I had made a payment for the Sony Xperia Z from the solihull store Sony Centre...!!

I kept ringing them to check if they have received them in stock..!! The kept on telling me it has been a delay in the order so please ring next week.

Since yesterday 25/03/2013 they have decided to close the shop..!! I was ringing them since morning and it was strange so i decided to go to solihull and speak to them in person but when i arrived there the shop was closed..!!

I still have the receipt of the purchase which is evidence.

The sony shop solihull is a franchisee and has been trading in solihull for many years..!! Sony shop in birmingham city centre is closing down due to insolvency..!! However, I am not the only customer which is hit with this Sony XPERIA FRAUD there many which they cannot suffer in silence and we need to get to the bottom of this and resolve this.

C510 permanent contact delete help

Hi all. I have a sony c510 and i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to permanently remove a contact from my address book ? I can delete them but they just keep returning when i pair it with my tomtom. It seems every contact i have ever saved is still in the phone somewhere

I'm getting an 'alert' tone from my Xperia Z around every 5 minutes and can't figure out what software is generating it. No alert is shown on the home screen or the drop down menu. It's not related to e-mails coming in (where notirication is set to vibrate) or text messages. As far as I can see I've disabled evey possible alert that would generate a sound. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

The Sony Xperia team have lied to me today and didn't call me back after call got disconnected. I called back and asked to speak to a manager (David) What a rude mannered person! He spoke to me like i was wasting his time and like he had better things to do.

never have i experienced this with Sony Playstation or other products.

When I asked what the complaints procedure was, he said you can contact questions.gb@support.sonymobile.com. However, he is a manager in a high position, so there is basically no point! he also said He'd keep it in house????

I could please do with getting some contact details for Sony head office general, rather then complaining to the Xperia team??

My family and I have Sony everything. Very good and loyal customers. Yet I had to remind David that he had started to raise his voice!!!! I can't believe I've been subjected to this sort of bad customer service from a manager!!!

Im having problems with my Xperia U because sometimes the phone writes with spaces say i wanted to write "how are you" it would come ot as " h o w a r e y o u" and that isnt my only problem I dont know why but i have an aplication allowing me to write in japanese but i cannot and dont wsnt o wrie in japanese and i found it on applicatons but im not sure how to turn it off, it is called POBox and i cant get rid of it. what shall i do? please help me on both problems

I've just bought a Sony Xperia S phone and have tried plugging in my Sony MDR-EX38iP headphones but they don't seem to be recognised by the phone. Does anyone have any tips? It seems a bit silyl for two Sony products to not work together..

In the mailbox you can unmark all. Is there anyplace where you can choose mark all mail in the inbox to mark read or delete? (You have to do one by one..)

Hello.

I recently bought a Xperia S LT26i trough my operator with a subscription.

The phone has been working well until a few week ago when the a the screen cracked.

The phone have not been dropped or bent. I carry the phone in a phone case attached to

my belt and I don't walk in to stuff with it.

When using the camera holding the phone horizontally and zooming out.

(By pressing the volume button next to the HDMI port.)

The screen cracked. Forming a crack straight trough the screen.

(its only one crack and no "spiders web")

I called my operators support and they only told me that they would send a box and instructions.

I then sent the phone in to the operator again as specified in their instructions and they

sent it to a repair shop. Now I have received a bill of 435 dollars to repair the screen and troubleshooting.

And now they tell me that you have to report any damage within 48 hours after you have received the phone.

What should I do if there is something wrong with the phone that wont show within 48 hours?

I have been very carful with the phone and find it hard to see how this was my fault.
